1. Our tools and your content

Removebg provides tools (the Background Remover and Word to PDF Converter) that process images and documents you choose to upload. We do not host, store, or distribute a library of user content, and we do not review uploaded files before processing. Responsibility for the legality of any content you process through our Services rests entirely with you.

2. Filing a DMCA takedown notice

If you believe that content associated with our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following information to our designated contact below:

4. Counter-notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address, containing your identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your contact information.

5. Repeat infringers

We reserve the right, in appropriate circumstances, to restrict or terminate access to our Services for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
