This Privacy Policy explains how Removebg ("we", "our", "us") handles information when you use our website and tools, including the AI Background Remover and the Word to PDF Converter (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Images and documents you process

Our Background Remover tool sends the photo you upload to remove.bg, a trusted third-party background-removal service, solely to process and return the cutout. remove.bg processes the image and, per its own policy, does not use uploaded images for any purpose beyond returning your result — images are not permanently stored. We do not keep a copy of your photo on our own servers.

Our Word to PDF Converter temporarily sends your uploaded document to a secure third-party conversion API solely for the purpose of generating the PDF. The file is used only to perform the conversion and is not stored, retained, or used for any other purpose once the conversion is complete.

2. Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, we may automatically collect limited technical information such as your browser type, device type, approximate location, and pages visited, typically through standard server logs or analytics tools. This information is used only to understand usage patterns and improve the Services — it is not used to personally identify you.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the limited information we process. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
